I am sooo sick of these perverts on here I am a mother of three children and like coming here to answer questions but am tired of this!! Where is the justice in this yahoo system that certain people's questions are deleted for chatting or gaming for points but the sexual predators questions get to stay up?!?! Just curious what u think anybody with sexual predator comments to this question will be reported!!!!!

Ironically, that which makes the internet great, freedom of speech, also makes it dangerous at times. In that regard, the Yahoo! Answers team are likely treading a thin line deciding what to keep and what to trash. Truth is, they can't please everyone. Still, they are making an effort by, for example, bleeping (*****) inappropriate words and phrases, and the fact of the matter is this IS a great site. So I don't think it's their place to be our conscience, but it most certainly is yours to bring attention to important issues like this one.

Oh! I am so with you! I think I am a pretty free thinking individual (my best friend is a gay jewish guy who's dad is a rabi and mom died of Alhiezmers..we have been b/f since college)...but even some ppls names offend me. I swear I never thought I would report a person, but as a mother o 3...All I can say is every time I see something offensive I report it and hope others do the same. To my understanding, if enough ppl report the same user they will be banned...

The Internet should be about free speech and expression and the exchange of ideas. The morality stick you have shoved up your butt is your problem, not everyone elses.
As for kids, I have one of my own, and you know what? Seeing an occasional cuss word or a boobie or people talking about making out is not going to kill him or warp his little mind.
Too many people talking about sex here. Boo hoo. People are sexual. Welcome to the real world. If you don't like it. log off.

I truly tend report abuse for swearing/profanity. although I did report one for Ethnic and/or faith 'bashing'. i'm attentive to the subject of abusers making use of the suitable suited to abuse. IMHO, i think of an mind-blowing form of the individuals in this actual thread are somewhat mature. So i could advise this as a attainable answer: the better point/factors a guy or woman has, it is going to take greater then one report to delete the question or answer.

If I don't like a question, I, um, don't answer it. Just ignore it and move on. You could also report it. There is no way to screen for sexual content and Yahoo! won't just because you want them to.
Learn to accept it and move on.

I think there should be a an adult Yahoo answers area. Kids shouldn't be online by themselves, though.
