Go into the grocery food store or natural food store. Go to the fruits and vegetables. buy something different. Buy foods which are colourful.

Try Beats. Careful they are very red. Take the red beat bulb and wash it. I don't peal it. Put it into a loosely covered Pyrex. Microwave it until it is soft. Depending on the size it will take 4 minutes, then add 2 minutes and then keep adding a minute at a time until it is soft. Careful cutting it. It is red. You can eat it as is. It is tasty. Can be seasoned but it is not necessary. You can add some sweetened vinegar.

Beats taste so good that you might be surprised that when you go to the bathroom the next day your BM will be red. What I couldn't believe was that urine can also turn pink from it.

Well we all like them here and they are great for cleansing heavy metals out of your body. Caution, The juice is really red. Don't get it on your carpet.

Plenty of great foods out there. When trying something new. You will have the best first impression if you are a bit hungry when you first taste it. The first impression will stay with the food and you will enjoy it more even years latter.

God Bless You. ;-)

something different - odd texture, almost sweet, perhaps an aquired taste - Lychee nuts. (don't eat the brown skins, that part is not good for you) fresh is good ,but they come preserved in a sugar syrup as well. My wife says "eew, eyeballs" - also try Kiwi fruit, they are really good for you nutritionally, and have a unique taste.

Try a Persimmon, but make sure it is ripe. Have you ever had a kumquat? How about Tangelos? There is a world of delicious fruits and vegetables out there. Try them and enjoy a burst of flavor.

You might like guava or kiwi. However, this really is the philosophy section, not food and drink. I think you're in the wrong category here skippy.
