i don't think there are any real qualifications for the best teachers. it is really all built on personal preferences. my best teachers were the ones that were the hardest on me. you may hate the teachers for being hard on you when you have them but down the road you will come to realize that those are the teachers you learned the most from. it is better if you can realize it when you have the teacher.

I think the best teachers are the ones who are truly passionate about their jobs. There are hundreds of different methods and ways to do things, but if the passion is there...the success will follow.

There are, of course, qualifications for being a teacher. Besides having a degree, you must demonstrate adequate knowledge in your subject area.

Best teachers are usually those who perform all the tasks expected from them by the stakeholders, namely: the students, the administrator, and the society where they live.
Performing those tasks however needs continuous improvement on the part of the teachers. One way is to pursue masters or doctoral degrees.

nature friendly and well built .a younger can be teacher for an elder so there is no qualification require in some cases.

To me, the best teachers are the ones who truly know their subject and can communicate that knowledge to their students. I've had many brilliant teachers who simply couldn't break down the knowlege in order to teach it to a beginner.

Those who love students and helping them grow. One qualification is the ability to communicate grammatically.
