Stephen Stills and Neil Young joined with David Crosby (ex-Byrds) and Graham Nash to form Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young.
Jim Messina went on to record a number of albums with his good friend Kenny Loggins. Still recording music and making art.
Richie Furay went on to form the band Poco and then later the Souther Hillman Furay Band (J.D. Souther, Chris Hillman of the Byrds, and Furay). Later, Furay became a Christian, and is now senior pastor of Calvary Chapel in Boulder, Colorado.
Dewey Martin didn't do much after Buffalo Springfield.
Bruce Palmer died of a heart attack in 2004.

Stephen Stills & Neil Young BOTH were in Buffalo Springfield. Other members included Richie Furay, Dewey Martin, and Bruce Palmer, later replaced by Jim Messina (who, with Kenny Loggins, was later part of the successful singer/songwriting duo, Loggins & Messina).
In the short time they existed - in the late '60s - they did some memorable - and influencial music. Probably best remembered for their anti-war anthem, "For What it's Worth", my own personal favorites are "On the Way Home", written by Neil Young, and "Bluebird", written by Stephen Stills.

Well, Stephen Stills went to be part of Crosby, Stills and Nash (and Young, sometimes). As for the rest of the blokes, I forget. Oh well. Good music, though.
