there are lots of ISP's Internet service providers .... do you want a contract or just an address .... go to the site of *orange or *tesco or *virgin and sign up try a search in google for "uk ISP"

Looks as if the E-mail address has not been used for a while and thus is not available. However this address will be only available to the original user so you may have to wait until he/she re initialises it.
