i agree with the lady above.. Stress greatly decreases your chances. Dont worry about it. Relax and just enjoy it, dont have sex so mcuh either. Wait until about the time your ovulating, set up a nice romantic dinner with your hubby, and do alot or romantic things, the Make love.. sone have sex.. make passionate love. Honostly i think thats the best thing for it. You really have ot enjoy it too. Set the mood. Other than that it seems like you have everything on top of the game. However standing on your head probably isnt really nessisary. I have heard some where if you orgasim at the same time as your partner it reeaes or relaxes somthing in your body which allows the sprem to get further in there with out so much work.. i dont know how true that is though.. could be just another one of those old wives tales..

I saw this on a discovery health show about sex and pregnancy. I get pregnant easy but I did this both times and shared this info with some friends who then got pregnant. The show discussed that if you have an orgasm after your partner your cervix will close (due to contracting from the orgasm) this helps to keep the sperm that did enter your cervix to stay there. Do not have sex every two hours and once a night is all you need. Don't take this the wrong way but make sure that he is not doing anything on his own in between. Sperm take hours to mature and if you are doing it all of the time he is more or less shooting blanks and not viable sperm because they did not have enough time to mature. I am not making this up, I am an x-ray tech and learned this oddly in anatomy and physiology (why I don't know).

Orgasm! When a woman's body has an orgasm, it produces a really semen friendly discharge, which also helps it swim more quickly to the egg. Also, the cervix lowers in the vagina, and the cervix opens a little more than normal, which allows them better access to the egg. As a bonus, after you have intercourse, you should lie in a position that allows the semen the opportunity to pool around the cervix, If you don't know where it is, then you should examine yourself, it should feel like a nose basically, at the tip should be a small indentation which is usually shaped like a circle if you've never been pregnant, and like a small line if you have.

have sex every 2 days. around the time of ovulation, if you have a 28 day period, you will ovulate on day 14. so have sex on day 13 and 15. if you dont have a 28 day period, you will ovulate 14 days before your period is due.

i lied down for half an hour after sex ( to let the sperm do its work), and that month was the month i conceived my now 13day old son.

When you stress about it... you are FAR less likely to get pregnant unfortunately. As well having sex too often can sometimes lower the sperm count.. making it less favourable for you to concieve. Lower your caffine intake, hold off on alcohol, and ENJOY eachother!!! That's the best advice I can give.

Believe it or not, quit trying, just enjoy each other and relax. Get away for a weekend, with no intention of having sex. It will happen. My sister quit trying after several miscarriages and has twins.

Pay attention to your period. It's best if you calculate it.

You have to have sex when you're ovulating, so keep track of your period.

For more information, search this on google and you will find out how to calculate the time when you're ovulating. it's rather simple.

Good luck getting pregnant! You have my best wishes.
