how can i use paypal, imagine i go to wal mart or i want to get a new car, or get something to eat, how do i use paypal?

Paypal is for online shopping or payments.
You have a credit card or bank account and allow paypal to take money from that account to pay for stuff online without giving your info to the seller.
You can also get money through Paypal in form of checks or direct deposit.

Not sure exactly what you mean but Ill try to help. I have a paypal debit card...I use it for ebay. So when someone on ebay pays me for my items, I can use my paypal debit card just like any other bank debit card. As long as you have money in the account, you can spend it. Also, you can set up your bank accounts to paypal and transfer money to your paypal account from your bank or visa versa. Just go to paypal.com if you already have an account and apply for the debit card and it should be there in about a week. If not, transfer your money from paypal to your bank account and use it that away, or also, you can request a check from your paypal balances. Hope that helped.

Pay -Pal is for on line shopping only ... I have never heard of anyone useing it at wal-mart or the stores. ... Unless they shop on line from wal-mart catalog.

it's like a pre paid card you can use them any where my mom gives me thoes when she doesn't want me having a lot of cash becase i al ways lose money easily it's like a credit card or something you can use them anywhere its not only for online stuff they others that answerd are morons
