I love my boyfriend very very much and we always make big deals out of each other's birthdays. Unfortunatley, it can be quite costly. His birthday is in 22 days and I've been having some money issues. I know he will understand if i can't spend tons of money on him because of the situation but he went ALL OUT for my birthday last month and I ALWAYS do for his too. I don't want to disappoint him. What can I do or get or make him that isn't too pricey and would make him have a spectacular birthday. I LOVE him and want to make it an AMAZING day. And don't tell me sex. Unless you're going to give me a very specific sex trick or secret that'll blow his mind. haha.

One way would be to enlist all your mutual friends and throw him a big surprise birthday party at someone's house. If you make it a "pot luck" where everyone brings something, it won't cost you much.

Ok, i know what you mean about going all out for each others birthday because i do the same thing too. But when it comes to money issues there's really nuthin much you can do but let him know that you couldnt spend much and im sure he would understand. I ran into the same situation. I made my boyfriend a dinner. I decorated the table with candles and roses. I peeled the petal off of a few roses and scattered them on the table. Then i had massaging oil and after dinner i gave him a backrub. I made chocolate strawberries earlier and i feed it to him with champagne. We ahd no cake, cuz i was the cake, LOL!!! And then i had a small box that had this lingerie that i knew he wanted to see me in. We went in the bedroom that also had lots of candles and rose petals all over the floor and the bed. It was great and he enjoyed every minute of it. Thats what i gave him that night and im sure if you did the same for your boyfriend he would be thrilled. Just be creative, now is the time to think of all the things that make him happy. What i did was just an idea, i really cant be specific on hea. I probably would get banned from hea if i did!!! :) Good luck, have fun!!!!

Yeah i suggest that u save up and just try to get past the reality that u cant always expect to have money every stinkin birthday. but for next year u need to just create an account or us a safe and put away that money. This time the sex is what will make the night, just try to wear his *** out, and then give him a massage from head to toe, by some candles, and if u want u can give him the best ******** of his life. Im a guy, just a suggestion, just work your butt off physically.

It is really difficult to say what you should buy him since we do not know anything about him. If you are a little short on money and can't afford to spend a lot right now that is okay. There will be other times when you can. Perhaps you could do a service for him like detailing his car (thorough cleaning)or throw a big party perhaps at the beach or local park.

You can do a super special birthday by making it homemade. Cook him a special meal yourself, bake a really great cake and decorate it yourself. You could have a picnic and look at the stars or have a bonfire on a beach or pich a tent out in the woods and have a great campsite set up, lead him to it blindfolded. Those are all inexpensive, but special and fun

Yeah, toughie.
Do your best, if his b-day comes give him flowers and a card, in the card tell him you love him and then explain to him your money troubles. Tell him you'll throw him something AMAZING once you have the money. Make it a total suprise too. That'll make up for it. Something sweet would look nice.

Bambi answered this pretty good. Anyone who doesn't like homemade anything-just isn't right for you. But along with what Bambi suggested, take a bunch of pictures between now and then and put together a scrapbook, he'll love that. Take picture years ropund of your adventures together and keep those books coming, for xmas, or as pick-me-ups, or whatever.
If you can't afford digital, get disposable camera from walmart- about 3 bucks.

I had the same problem with my fiance and its no good being in this situation its sad when they give you something very special and you just cant .....Look I suggest you to do something very simple and romantic maybe you can make a CD with a bunch of songs that remind you of him or you can cook or buy a pizza make a green salad and buy red wine.

It's going to sound stupid. Get him one those inexpensive Train Sets. YOU KNOW , they run on batteries. He'll have fun putting it together. HEY, ever guy likes to play with trains at least sometimes. (this will work) TWENTY DOLLARS MAX. Don't forget the batteries.
