How can I tell if I'm leaking amniotic fluid or if its urine?

Amniotic fluid will continue to leak regardless of what you do. Urine can be stopped by clenching your pc muscles or the muscles in your pelvic floor. If you are unable to stop urination mid-stream you may need to do pelvic exercizes, or see your doctor about possible incontience.

I know with my first child in my last trimester every time I use the bathroom and get up and start walking I would feel a little liquid coming out of me I suggested it was just pee from my baby pushing down when I was urinating and when I got up the baby would just moved off my bladder.

If the leak is constant you should go to the doctor immediately I have a friend that lost her baby because he got sofocated without any liquid in the mother womb.

I leaked every time I sneezed, coughed, bent over, laughed the last 5 months of myt pregnancy and since giving birth I still do every once in awile..

Go to your doctor or labor and delivery ward at the hospital. There is a simple test that they can check----so many people have to get this checked, so don't feel bad. It's better to go and be safe than sorry!

the samething happen 2 me 2 month ago couldnt do nothing without wetting myself, the best thing is go get check. i though it was pee too lol........good luck and god bless
