The first part of the quote is from The Family Guy cartoon. I sometimes think I'm asexual and find that a lot of women out there hardly want to sleep with any men, sometimes not even their own husband.

Teasing is foreplay. It turns women on, because most of our arousal starts between our ears, not our legs. Men don't understand that. Too many men think that our breasts are control knobs, and that squeezing them a few times will cause our legs to spread... Hello, I am not a piece of electronic equipment.
I think men also don't know the difference between teasing and flirting. You can flirt with a man even if you aren't ready to sleep with him. How he responds to flirting is part of what makes you decide if you'd like to sleep with him. If he tries to tackle you on the banquette in the night club after winking at you and buying you a Cosmo, it probably won't happen, unless you're Paris Hilton. Slow down, cowboys!
Guys need to give a woman time to get ready. "Hi, honey, I'm home." for example, is not enough foreplay.

I suppose every ones sex drive is on different levels. I do think women see the opposite sex in a different way than a man does. I don't think women, on the whole, see a male and think of sex. Men on the other hand, generally, see a woman their attracted to and are ready to go for it! I've had some experience with a few women, and some are more aggressive, and some are very passive. I think the statement is true by and large, except I think it's the guy that thinks it's teasing. A woman looks at a pair of sexy shorts she may have and thinks they're cute. A guy see's them and thinks, wow she'll be hot in those! Women see a low cut, revealing blouse and think I love the material. A guy thinks, wow, she'll be hot in that! A woman may dress in a way a man finds very provocative, then is offended if he stares. It's mixed up, it's biological, and it's mental. Vive Le Difference!

Speaking for only me, personally I never went to bed with a woman to sleep with her. Hell, if it is sleep you want why share the bed? I go to bed with women for sex. Then after sex we may fall asleep which is just resting up for more sex.
