Same day as in the US. July 29, but they are like 8 hours ahead of the US eastern time zone. So when it becomes 12:00 mindnight on the 30th it's still like 4pm in the US.

When it's midnight in the US on the morning of the 30th it's 8am on the 30th in Kenya
