there's usually several in-flight movies for a flight of that duration. you could bring a portable dvd player or laptop. but my main suggestion is to sleep. get a window seat if you can or sit in the middle of the center aisle so you don't get walked over by captain pee pants who always seems to sit right next to you on long flights. take a sleeping pill or or whatever does it for you and zonk out for as long as you can.

Learn how to Yodel. Change that book into a "How to Yodel" book, and add an "Instructional CD" to that CD Player and you're good to go,

Sleep might make sense depending on the time of day and the direction you're traveling. Advance planning will help you feel well.

Make paper airplanes and crash them into the back of people's heads.

Cut out paper dolls and then you have new friends to keep you company.

Chat with people around you or snore in their ear. Whichever you prefer.
