It doesn't matter... thats like asking what's worse, being shot in the head with a 9mm, or a .45. And Bill Clinton should have resigned? It's nosy *** people's fault for poking into his personal business that in no way involved the country. I'm not defending Clinton as a president, or even as a person, but I think impeaching someone for lying when they were cheating on their wife is a bit of a joke when we support a president that lies about everything which has direct consequences in that it has gotten many people killed.

George W so far. America was eventually able to recover from the Nixon administration, after 10 years of hardship. Time will tell about the post George W. world.

I like them both.. the problem with Richard Nixon is he just got caught doing the same thing most politicians do... at least he was man enuf to resign when he screwed up unlike Bill Clinton

Bush. I don't think Nixon's policies even approached the horsecrap that Bush puts out.
Many people say Nixon is worse. I disagree. Bush just happens to have better spin doctors and crazy evangelicals who blindly follow him on his side.
