im a 18 yr old male is it healthy to take pills with iron, calcium, vitamins

yes as a matter of fact keep taking them. Pills high in iron and calcium are VERY good for growth and stamina especially around the age when your body naturally gets a little bigger.

For most people, it is healthy to take a daily vitamin/mineral supplement. However, if you have any health issues, you should discuss it with your doctor. You should also be careful that you're not taking too many. 1 daily multivitamin usually is enough, like Centrum. You don't want to get too much of anything.

It's good to take a high quality multi vitamin. Careful with the iron, too much can have side effects.

of course its healthy. i take iron pills and calcium and vitamins. and i'm a teenager. why would it be not healthy. i'd ask the dr. though incase your taking or consuming too much of a certain vitamin.

Well ofcourse but I prefer eating meat for iron and fruits for calcium.
