Bon Scott but Brian Johnson saved AC/DC and molded very well with the sound.

My personal preference was for Bon Scott but I truly believe that Brian Johnson helped to propel the group further than it would have with Bon.

props to Brian....but Bon Scott defined that sound and had more range as a vocalist (i hesitate to say singer...but he could sing sometimes too)

depends on who's voice you like. I love Bon Scott with his sleazy voice on the early records but Brian Johnson makes the mold of AC/DC. I would pick both because they are both good leaders who made AC/DC popular.
