Who is your service provider? Its possible your phone may have an older software version . You may want to take it to a retail store to have them upgrade your software.

I've owned half a dozen cell phones in the past 10-12 years and the RAZR is the best phone I have ever owned - bar none. You must have a lemon. Get a new phone from the dealer.

My boyfriend's is the Same!!.. It NEVER stays charged.. He'll charge it overnight and then in the mornin hell take it off for 2 hours and its dying... and i think maybe it stays white for a few seconds because the razr is a very detailed phone.. with lots of MBytes so it takes a while to load.

I haven't had problems with mine...well, a few. Like after I take the thing off the charger, the "charging" symbol sometimes doesn't disappear. I don't really like the set-in buttons though. You're talking about the Razr V3, right?

i've got had my RAZR for over a year, and that i've got had large success with it. even with the undeniable fact that, in case you have a service that makes use of a SIM card..that must be the place your hardship is. this is my be attentive to-how that SIM enjoying cards are unlike minded with Motorola RAZR's and another telephones, as a result it inhibits the overall performance of the gadget as properly.

This phone is great until it has been dropped or shocked in some way...e.g. in your pocket and sat on etc....or if you are in an airconditioned place and then go into a warmer room or go outside it causes condensation..this damages the parts of course..thsi amybe some of reasons for the trouble..

I have Razr v3x and it works fine :) If you're using an older Razr model, perhaps you can consider upgrading to the new v3x. Or Razr maxx which I read that they're releasing soon, if they haven't done so yet.
