I an required to take this test for employment with a major industrial company. Have never heard of it, but would like to study before taking this test. Can anyone advise me of the questions, sample material and available study material?

The above respondents are correct. However, the WABI is usually administered after employment, unless things have changed in the last year or so.
Don't worry about it. The test basically tells the company how you work, if you deal well with others, the public, are self motivated, do your best work alone, how you use your skills, etc. It helps them to place you in their organization that is best for them and you. They try to put you in a situation where you can do your best and be productive.
Saves time and money placing you where you fit the best.

Just answer honestly because they usually ask you the same questions in different ways and if you lie on one the others will show them.

These are not pass - fail tests. They are designed to give one insight into your persona. Sort of like an MMPI, or, perhaps, even a Rorchack. (SP)
