The pregnant kit is given by the doctor.. Its not the stick type but a square indicator used by the hospital.. He is the one who ask me to test again cos he himself not sure why there is a fainted line comes out..

Why did you take a pregnancy test once the doctor did tests and said negative??? What do you mean an hour later the test showed a line?? 3-4 minutes to get your results once you pee on the stick and after that you are suppose to throw it away not read it again and again....... If you are pregnant it will almost immeadiatly show up positive within seconds of peeing on it.

If the doctor wants to test again in a few day's I would let him. Something is going on. Maybe you have a tubal pregnancy that's just not showing up on the test. At this point however you should have enough of the pregnancy hormone if there is nothing wrong with the pregnancy that it would show up on a urine test. At any rate make sure to have your Doctor ck your blood for pregnancy and for drugs, because if you are pregnant and you think your a virgin then someone drugged you or something and had sex with you. Good Luck

"the test shows a fainting line"...do you mean an at-home pregnancy test? It could've been what's called a "false positive"-- could be a defect in the test or the way you peed on the stick...I would trust a doctor more than a home pregnancy test.

Most home tests will show a line in the positive window after that ammount of time because of the control chemical leaking down to the test window. You most likely are not pregnant at this time.

The tests are only good for 10 minutes. After that, you need to throw the stick away as the results could change & be false.

He can take bloodwork to find out if you are pregnant or not and check for other things as well.
People here on Yahoo are not medical professionals who tell you what the problem is.
So go back to the doctor.
