I am 13, a guy, straight, not gay, and I want my navel pierced now! I asked my mom, but I still need to continue convincing her. Should i just get 1 without parental consent? It doesnt really other me.

I don't know of anywhere that will pierce the navel of a 13 year old without parental consent.
Navel piercings are tricky, and are one of the types of piercings most easily screwed up, so you definitely need to go to a professional piercer to have it done, which means you need to wait until you are either of age, or can convince your mother. I know a lot of people who have had friends pierce their navels--they not only don't look right, they frequently get infected, so for heaven's sake, don't go that route. Just wait for a professional.
Now, can we talk about your choice of piercing and your sex? Might I suggest some other type? Ears, tongue, eyebrow, almost anything else would be better, I should think...

Trust me, if your a straight guy, you dont want to get a navel piercing.

well....you wouldn't be able to get one without parental consent unless it's done illegally, so i don't recommend going down that path...
n i really can't think of any reasons to do it now...I believe you're still growing at 13 (not meant to be condescending) so i think you should wait a little while

if you like girls, and u get a navel piercing, girls wont like u .
i highly recommend that u reconsider. if u want something pierced, get your ears pierced, or your eyebrow. not your naval!
