Lowering the cigarette buying age to 14 or 12

I think that by the time someone is 14 they should be able to decide for themselves if they are going to follow health rules or risk an addictive substance. At 12 you're still too prone to peer pressure.

Note to 14 year olds, "You DO NOT succumb just because your peers do it, do it? You ARE cooler than to be that much of a sheep, aren't you?" I know I was and I can't imagine I was any more special or smarter or braver than you are. I managed to grow up, have a great career as a writer, buy a Corvette and do other fun things without lighting up. And now I'm not faced with quitting.

Smoking is not better in any manner, at any age..
Its completely injourious to health, and not a gud habit too..
