Well its not if you eat alot, its more of what you eat. Keep that in mind. Also if you seriously need to loose weight, then twince a week is not enough.

You could be building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat.

Also you will gain a few weight before you loose weight, trust me. After you excercize you should wait a few hours then weigh yourself. (Before you eat again)

If nothing works then go see a docter.

You're not eating, that's what's wrong. If anything, you should eat more because your metabolism is having a hard time adjusting to the lack of food needed to keep your body going after all those workouts.

Well first of all, you said that you dont eat alot! that's one problem, you need to eat when you're hungry. And i dont mean grub and eat till you're full. Just eat until you arent hungry anymore! That's how i lose weight, and then dont add on weeks and days to your excersing, you dont want to tire your body out, or become sore! Just work-out. A simplicstic thing to do!

By eating less..you force your body to store fat becasue it thinks that you are starving..

Twice a week is not enough if you really wanna see results..

I suggest you go buy that book called "Abs Diet: The get fit and stay fit plan".

My coach said that sh!t was the Bomb.

it might be that your not eating enuff or that your eating the wrong types of food. Join weightwatchers. They can teach you alot about how to eat healthy and loose weight.
I lost 25 lbs on it..

It's probably because you cannot spell "what" properly and god is trying to punish you.

Careful to watch what you eat (mainly carbs, calories, and fats)
and when you eat. try not to eat anything after 7:00

If that doesnt work, talk to your doctor he will help you the most.

Hi, you might not eat alot, but it is what you eat that puts the weight on..If you drink lots of soda, regular not diet..you will pack the pounds on..
