Generally it is little bit confusing to select a host when you are planning to launch a business website. To me it is very important that the host is able to provide maximum up time & support for hosting, this means that your website is available online most of the time. For this you need to compare the up-time that is mentioned by the hosting service provider. You may like to check SassyDomains.com that provides 99.9% uptime and 24/7 email 7 telephone support.
Apart from this they also have wide range of hosting plans starting from small to Dedicated Server hosting plans. Meaning if your business requirement grows, you can stay with same hosting service provider by just upgrading the plans.
Since SassyDomains.com is One Stop Shop for Internet Presence, you will be able to get other products at same place. This will help to save some of your configuration time.

There are many great hosts. Some of the best are http://www.rackspace.com , http://www.savvis.com , and http://www.datareturn.com . On a lower budget, http://www.godaddy.com is great for some non-commercial sites that I have hosted.

Dude use
www.sitesled.com
or
www.freewebtown.com
they totally rock

Also if you want to give a cool name visit www.freedomain.co.nr
it is a redirection service not a web host
like
if you company name is Simple, you can make or upload ur site at http://www.sitesled.com which will give you http://simple.sitesled.com and then goto freedomain.co.nr and make www.simple.co.nr for free and redirect it to your sitesled site

Why not host yourself on your PC (unless you turn it off)?
With DSL/Cable it's easy.
Check www.dyndns.org for dynamic IP (DHCP) problem solution.
