my trend micro pc-cillin detected an infected file (kbdagn.dll) in system32 the virus is called TROJ CONHOOK.AK it i can't delete it manually because my computer says that the file is being used by another person or program, please help me...

First of all if its in system 32 ur in for a LOAD of trouble. Next I want u to download Ad-aware SE personal. It is one of the best virus removers. If that doesnt work id like you to email me with the symptoms ur computer suffers due to this virus and maybe I can help u more.

You can go into safe mode that should help with the deleting part. But even if it does not most viruses are smart and need you to edit regedit to rid them. I don't have the time to get you the links you need sorry. But you need to get some virus scanning software.
P.S never get a Macintosh.

download a small program called killbox and set it to remove the file on the next boot before it loads, then rund avg antivirus in safe mode, with system restore turned off

Restart your PC. if you don't have a virus protection, download AVG to scan the PC and remove the virus

Try booting into safe mode and then deleting it.
try googling the virus. You should find many ways to remove it.

hi, i recommand you to use firefox. firefox is more safe than IE.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
firefox can edit which site/popup to block and unblock.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
