Prescription Accutaine. My niece had horrible acne scars and finally her dermatologist prescribed Accuataine, and within 6 months, her face was flawless.

The best way to remove the dead skin cells is with an exfoliant. This will also help with the acne, since built up dead skin can clog your pores and make the acne worse. A good exfoliant is St. Ives Apricot Scrub. They make a formula that also has acne medication in it. It's pretty much the only thing that has worked for me.
Vitamin E will help reduce the appearance of the scars. It won't make them go away- nothing will- but it will take the redness out of them and make them much smoother and less visible. Get a non-greasy facial moisturizer with vitamin E in it and use it daily. This might also help your acne. Sometimes if your face gets too dry, it will over-produce oil and cause a breakout. Moisturizing everyday can prevent this from happening.

Go to beauty salon. They can put on you some mask from natural mud that takes off little scars and dead skin. after that comes cleaning itself. it can last around half an hour, its kind of painful but believe although after that your face is little red after couple of days you will see huge difference. Depends on how serious your "case" is you will need to repeat treatment every three weeks or a month, but you will probably need two treatments and after that when you feel that you need it. It can be little expensive but believe me it works. I have just been 10 days ago and don't remember my face was like this since I hit puberty, and I am going again for 15 days. Good Luck!

Talk to a dermatologist. I have a sister in law that went through a facial peel. It was a chemical that was used to remove the outer layer. I'm not sure why you're having pain on your face, though, so I'm not sure if this would be a remedy for you.
