I wouldn't use the word racist, however, I will agree that we are all prejudice in some way. We are taught this from outside sources like parents, peers, and media. If you see an Asian dude, you may think to yourself that he or she is real smart or if you see a woman, you may assume that she likes the color pink. The media and other sources brainwashes all of us with images and we act opon this and presume certain stereotypes to be true because it was what we were taught. This in turn can be the beginings of racism. Everyone will always have these feelings, but we as humans must find a way to tune these thoughts out and focus on being loving human beings to one another!!!

Most people are more comfortable with the familiar; people like them and the people they know. This is not necessarily based on race, but race can be a factor. On the other hand, people who have positive experiences of diverse people from an early age may never judge on the superficial at all. Also many people falsely attribute things to race that are issues of culture or ethnicity. Biologically speaking there are only 3 races in the world. If a “white” person from Northern Europe discriminates against a native of Northern India, it can’t be racism, because they are the same race!

Depends on your definition of "most people".
Saying that "most of the people writing me hatemails are racists" is probably correct.
Saying that "most of the people in my neighborhood" is hard to judge.
Saying that "most of the people WORLDWIDE are racists" is incorrect.
And what means "at some level"?
Sounds like you ask if it is possible to be a little bit pregnant.
Do you really know what a racist is?

Depends on how you define racist. However you define it, though, probably, on some level, most people secretly believe their own people are better than others. I think that's human nature. I also think that most people have sense enough on a higher level to know that that's nonsense and don't act on it.

I guess, I am not sure I would say that to anyone in a public format, you might make them angry. I would hope I am not racist.
