frolicksome, entrancing, ecstatic, amusing*, resplendant
* amusing = of a muse -- especially the Music of comedy. The Muses are Greek godesses who inspire us while gathering around us and talking to each other --we can't hear what they're saying because we don't know their language --instead-- we here "music," th language of the Muses.
The qualities of being beautiful and playful are assigned to one of the nine Greek Muses, Thalia. Thalia is also a Grace. So "Thalian" might be the ultiumate synonym.
