12th song on a c.d. or album, is it the best song?

I find they're usually a memorable song, but not necessarily the best track on the album.

I have the new Dixie Chicks cd in front of me and the 12th song isn't the best ... according to me anyway ...

no. it's different for every artist. i rarely find that the twelf track on a cd is the best.
