Some women are just lucky. Stretch marks are usually something that is inherited in your type of skin, some women get them, some just don't, that's why no amount of expensive cream will make a difference.
The strength and resilience of your abdominal muscles determines whether they stretched out and pouchy after birth. This is something that most women can improve with hard work.
Chances are that if you continue the same heath regime as last time your stomach will be OK.
P.S. I think some women may find your question insulting if they do have stretch marks and a saggy tummy, maybe be a bit more considerate of your wording next time.

I did everything in my power to not get stretch marks. A healthy diet, exercise, and plenty of water. I spent over $200.00 on creams from Cocoa Butter to prescribed creams from my dermatologist. Nothing worked for me. I ended up with a stomach that looked like it had gone through a paper shredder and then somehow put back together.
After the pregnancy, my stomach looked like a deflated, striped balloon. Yes it was devastating at first. Instead of crying about it I made it as good as it can be and I went to the gym and focused mostly on cardio and strengthening my core, exfoliated and moisturized with Vitamin E like crazy.
I still have stretch marks but they have shrunk and faded. They are barely visible. My stomach is pretty flat and not saggy at all. I have the slightest bump on my stomach but it resembles really closely to how it looked before I was pregnant.
I don't know what you look like but I am pretty happy with all of my physical traits, so not having a flawless belly doesn't faze me because I am beautiful either way. Some girls don't get stretch marks, others like me do and then some get them everywhere! It's not a big deal, if you do get stretch marks, you can do the work or pay the money for the tummy tuck, and have a pretty nice belly again.

I have a lot of stretch marks because of an illness I had which caused severe swelling. I'm proud of mine because of the 2 beautiful daughters I have. I don't consider myself unlucky when I was blessed with 2 children. My fiance is still turned on by the way I look. Stretch marks are battlemarks. The pooch people keep because they don't exercise enough. Sit-ups will get rid of it.

Well from my pregnancy i got stretch marks, but i don't think it was anything to be depressed about. Yes, i wish i didn't have them but i got a wonderful son out of it, and besides my husband still finds me very attractive! I tried all the creams as well, but i still got them. I thought i wasn't going to but the last couple of months of pregnancy is when i finally showed, so i started getting them then. If you didn't get them with your first one then you are pretty lucky!! But don't let it be something that you will worry about too much if you ever get pregnant again.

if you have absolutely zero marks from childbirth, as you seem to be saying, i.e., it's 100% impossible to tell from looking at your lower abdomen that you've given birth, then congratulations!!!, because you are the FIRST WOMAN IN ALL OF HUMAN HISTORY TO COME THROUGH CHILDBIRTH UNSCATHED. PRAISE THE LORD!!! IT'S A MIRACLE!!!
