Do you think he's still out there? Do you think he's in jail? Is he dead? Did he just stop killing? I've read both of Robert Graysmith's books. I know what I think, what do you think.

Not only did he go to prison, he DIED in prison.

Zodiac got away with it.....or did he? Forensic scientists managed to snag DNA from a postage stamp, licked by Zodiac, from one of his chilling cold infamous letters. They matched it to a long-time suspect, who closely fit the early police profile--AND appearance (which Zodiac lightly disguised himself) given by the only known eye witnesses.
But the saga ends there: the suspect died, which is how police managed to obtain the matching DNA sample. In a thorough search of the deceased suspect's home, they found several "smoking gun" pieces of hidden items--which confirmed the police ALMOST had their man. Zodiac is very well and deservedly dead.

I dunno.....if he isn´t dead he is probably retired because those cases have had like 14 or more years since they happened. I remember my sister never wanted to go live in California because that was where he was last.....from what I remember. I think you should just let it go....no use starting to fuel something that was thought to have extinguished.
