if you were asking that if bush isnt a good president who is better. the answer is if you trust him to run you country he is good enough if he additional is smart enough to do it. he has shown it time and again that he isnt smart enough but it is more a lack of alternative that plagues your country much like most other countries.

I think that Hilary Clinton will be running (although she acts like shes not at times. I think she's just getting money for her campaign)
