Going down the list...

(KFC)
Don't go there that much like 2-3 times a year

(Wendys)
99 cent Cheesburgers and the new Crispy sandwich. Again not very often.

(Arbys)
Anything with there curly fries with there signature bbq suace to die for. So is there Beef 'N' Cheddar sandwich with Horsysauce.
(Don't go there unless I have the money to spare because just for me mom and grandma it was $17.44) not counting the drinks)

(Burger King)
Rodeo Cheeseburger, with a King Onion Rings.
Triple Whopper... (my b/f) if I ate that trust me I would die.

(Taco Bell)
Fiesta Steak Bowl...
Chicken Crunch Wrap
Soft Bean Burritos
Nachos.

(Subway)
Anything on the 2.49 menu

(McDonalds)
Big mac meal
Chicken Nugget meal
And those really yummy Chicken Select Sandwiches, the Ranch BLT is really yummy.

(Taco Time)
Anything from them is good

Burgerville
Nasty.

KFC's "Famous" Mashed Potato Bowls. They really do look like slightly damp dog food. For those of you that haven't seen them, they are mashed potatoes covered in corn, popcorn chicken, gravy and cheese. There's just no way to justify eating them but they are pretty tasty. If anyone gets one, I recommend skipping the cheese. It melts quickly and gives the whole thing a really strange texture. There's something about the combination of cheese and gravy that simply seems unholy.

Here's a wonderful summary of the most evil of all delicious fast food items.

Like most fast foods, it contains almost a day's worth of sodium and nearly half of your daily value of total fat and saturated fat. Yum. That's some good eats.

Not really a fast food, but the extra chocolate bars, or biscuits, or blocks, that I hide in the wardrobe so I don't have to share them with anyone else.............

I am ashamed of not sharing, but not quite enough to do anything about it ..LOL

Big Mac and fries. Sometimes when I eat them I actually feel sick to my stomach afterwords. I don't know why I do that to myself. However, Mc Donalds does have the Fruit and Walnut salad...I tried that once and it was actually very good and nutritious.

Cheesy fiesta potatoes from Taco Bell. I rarely go to Taco Bell, but when I have been drinking I often walk to the Taco Bell near my apartment with friends.

any fast food french fries

On the news it said that a serving of fries can have as much as 200+ fat calories. Talk about a heart attack trigger!

Watch the movie, "Supersize Me". It's scarey.

about 3-4 times/yr ,I stop in Mcy d's for a large french fry. They HAVE to be fresh(like just made a second ago.)

The new oil they use is ok, but the old fries are better.

McDonald's french fries and wonderfully bad. I regret eating them every time afterwards, but I eat 'em anyway.
Fried mozzerella sticks are another guilty pleasure.
