While I'm sure that this may be, on some weird level, a possibility (I don't think that a whale's penis looks the same as a human or horse penis), I don't think that it is ever done on purpose.
Thus, while I could provide some graphic suggestions as to how it could be done, I can't see it happening in the near or even distant future as there is no real value in taking this action.
