IELTS have there own home page which lists which universities and colleges hold the exam. Go to www.ielts.org. Costs about £90

If you are not in Britain try the British Council. If in England contact the exam board direct and they will tell you where their acredited exam centres are.

If you live in Germany, you can take it in SaarbrÃ¼cken or KÃ¶ln. Check out their homepage or ask at your university. I paid € 150 for mine. They tell you when and where the tests take place on their site.
