There is about four of us in the office and I need to come up with a theme for this Halloween for a costume party. Any ideas. Previously they have done Toga/Pajama... I would appreciate any idea or suggestion!!!!

A 70's theme (Disco ball, polyester, great music)
A classic T.V. show theme (come as your favorite character)
Favorite horror movie character theme (Freddy, Frankenstein)
50's theme (music, slicked back hair for guys, poodle skirts for gals)
Beach Party theme (surf boards, flip flops, surfer music)
Rocker theme (come as your favorite rocker)

I think the best idea of a costume party theme would have to be "Come as you are" theme and that ought to scare the heck out of most of everyone invited because no one really knows who they really are anyway.
How's that sound for a good idea?

Go Hawaiian..everyone can get into it. Decorations are easy cause iparty and other large party stores always have lots of stuff..also food is easier..we had pineapple punch mixed with Hawaiian Punch with a frozen hand (use rubber gloves without the powder,fill with colored water then freeze. Remove glove,rinse the hand before you put it in the punch). Get straw hats - the goofy ones are fun - and play Don Ho loud until everyone screams "shut that **** off".

Well it's halloween isn't it? try something scary or if it doesn't have to be scary then happy Days theme with The Fonz and his buddies with good old rock and roll music in the background, you can make coktail drinks and use milkshakes glasses(cups) to drink out of. stick a comb in your back pocket to keep your hair in place and just have fun

Hawaiian or Beach- Flip flops, Hat, Sunglasses, Swimsuit- lol, flower thingys, grass skirt?
Pirate- Eye patch, cut of pants, plain tee

Pirates is always a good theme especially with Pirates of the C just out.
Another good one is rock stars... legendary ones.
