Normal Blood pressure is 120 / 80. It will be more in older people around 145 / 85. These are just an estimates. Your doctor is the best person

BP varies from person to person. Your normal BP could be high or low for others, but as long as you don't feels any symptoms of dizziness along with it, then just maintain it and don't think too much of it.
