On Tuesday, June 20, 2006, the Southern Center for Human Rights and the ACLU of Georgia filed a class action lawsuit challenging the 1,000 feet restrictions set forth in HB 1059, (bus stop) Georgia's new sex offender legislation. This lawsuit is being heard in Federal Court in U.S. District Court in Atlanta.

im a known sex offender and I want some idea to show my appricated to those that are defending sex offender's right

do you have any idea?

I have an ex son-in-law who is in prison for an attempted sex act and I hope he never gets out. He needs mental help and I don' t know if I could give anyone that has done something like that any encouragement, except to get help.
