thats a very interesting question.... define s.l.u.t.t.y. its hard because alot of the stars now a days dress that way but to know for sure...you would have to spend time with them...do you mean dress slutty? act slutty? just plain slutty??? who really knows??? judging people can be very hard...especially celebrities because unless you really know them you dont know who they are really its judging them by thier job and looks ..not who they are

most definitely paris hilton...she is so gross sometimes..and her VOICE...oh my god....i would rather sit in a room with a loud squaking bird than listen to her talk....its SO annoying..it so monotone..ugh!!!!.
