I have a loved one in Prison and he is trying to help me pay my medical bills . He has saved up postage and is trying to find someone to buy them from me. Anything would help!!

A stamp dealer will give you much less than face value for them. Try a local small business that uses stamps to mail out bills, etc. - the bigger ones use meters, but often a small store will be willing to buy postage, especially if you give them a small discount (10% or so).

Postage went from the three¢ it were on account that Roosevelt's time to 4¢ in 1958, top around the time Repigs have been telling us how lots greater "helpful" the postal service could be if it have been semi-privatized. See how properly that sh!t worked out?

if he's in the pen i'm sure there are lots of guys in there who need to buy stamps.
