i've had that done to me and i know how it feels. It hurts to see your friend leave you for other people. but at the end we all have to realize that no one is perfect and we all make mistakes. but what matters the most is to realize that we have made a mistake and go ask for forgiveness. My advice to you is to go to your friends and tell them that you are sorry for what you did and that you promise not to do it again ( make sure you keep that promise) communication is the best soultion to any problem.
