Height is relative. Yes, 5'7" is shorter than many men, but it is also taller than many men. If you are dating a girl who's 6', then it is short, if the girl is 5'2", then it is tall.

OK, 5' 7" is short for an American male. However, most American females are about 5' 3" on average. So you are taller than them.
Plus, it all depends what you want to be tall for. If you want to play hoops in the NBA, you are out of luck. But if you want to be a corporate CEO, it doesn't matter how tall you are. The message is that height doesn't always matter.
Also, there are women who just don't like big guys. They feel threatened. OK, there are also women who like big guys. But don't worry, there are enough of the first (plus those that just don't care) that you will be able to score.
Lastly, size matters. I mean size of IQ, size of intelligence, size of common sense. If you are smart, that means a lot. Don't be stupid. Nobody likes a dumb tall guy on a long-term basis. Or a dumb short guy, either.

Can't quite tell you without knowing your age, but that's pretty short if you're done with puberty or are gettin to be past 18
