go out, have fun.. go to a social place like a club or a bar or an event somewhere, theres plenty of people and guaranteed some are going to engage in conversation and you never know, you might meet a new best friend or soulmate u never knew youd find
however.... if u just wait and do nothing, no one is magically going to appear to make u feel better
