For me it was the "Twilight Zone" theme, the Alfred Hitchcock Presents" theme, and the "Perry Mason" theme.

Maybe this is cheating, because the song that comes to mind is not a theme song, but when I was about 5, I was terrified of Bob Dylan's song "Memphis Blues Again." If you will remember, he sings about being "stuck inside of Mobile." I remember running from the house where the song was playing, tormented by the horrible thought of being stuck under the hood of a car with the engine running, being pummeled by cartoon-style giant pistons.

Well the theme song didn't scare me, but at the end of Star Trek (the original version) when they showed that frowning big-eyed alien at the end always scared the **** outta me. I'd run to the tv and try to switch it off just before they showed it!

The theme from Barney- I always said "Ewww! Daddy, Barney is gwoss! He says he luffs me and he is jusht a guy in a suit!" (I never really did have an imagination. :o) Oh, yeah, and whenever I was in Church and the organ music started playing, I got frightened for some reason.
