SUBWAY, TURKEY WITH TOMATO,ONION,OLIVE,AND A LITTLE LETTUCE WARMED IN THE OVEN SO THAT THE PROVOLONE CHEESE MELTS. THAT WAY I CAN HAVE THE PROTEIN THAT I NEED AND STILL HAVE THE VEGGIES THAT I LIKE TOO.

Jaba Jabez cafe has some really great sandwiches. I like the roast beef sandwich with a special dipping sauce. Yum!

The Squeeze Inn on Fruitridge. They have the juiciest hamburgers you will ever taste they even fry the cheese crispy it tastes so good. There is no other place here in sac that I have tried that has food like this. It is a small place but the food is great.

hands down Koch's in west philly. the turkey turkey gobler is worth waiting an hour for. Altho I heard that the proprietor passed away- not sure if the place is still open.
