Hmmm.... I see that you are pretty biased. Too biased to realize that Bill Clinton also "spent money on BOMBS, and not on FOOD for the poor." Too biased to be fair and admit that every presidential administration since World War 2 has done so. Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton, and Bush. Four democratic administrations and 6 democratic administrations. It was a democrat, Harry Truman, who once told the eastern block (communist nations) that "we have the bomb, and we are not afraid to use it." In case you do not know, the first and only atomic bomb used was in World War 2 by Harry Truman on Japan. So it would seem that neither party has had any problem building them. BUT ONLY A DEMOCRAT HAS EVER USED ONE. HMMMMM......
