How do you know when the various festivals are in Singapore?

For example CNY , hari raya and dapavali , fasting period

IS there a way to check it out for a 5 year period?

5 year period? I dont think so. The govement only fix the date one year before. Sometime the date different by a day because the calender of the race change like the depavali or hari raya which need to see the moon.

the calendars will tell, sometimes u can find a 3 year advance date in the diaries too.
