July 28, Luke Scott from the Houston Astros Hit For The Cycle And Was Successfull. It wasnt really recognized and i dont no y. Maybe Cause he's a rookie but wouldnt that make it more of a big deal? I mean think about it though a cycle's hard to get. What do u think about this?

You're right. The local news didn't even mention it and it's one of the hardest things in sports to do. Heck, it's really hard to get 4 hits in a game much less hit for the cycle.

The cycle is a stupid stat. I mean, isn't it better if you get 4 hits in a game for them all to be extra-base hits? I'd take that over the cycle.

I hadn't heard that so I guess you may be right. Hitting for the cycle is mainly a flukey thing, that could be why it wasn't given much attention.

It really doesn't get noticed like it used to. It is more so HR's than anything else now.
