and finally after they could not provide the shoes, they pay me with a personal ck from closed bank account. the bank can only turn this company over to their fraud check scan system. i want to stop this web site, so no one else gets taken.

First thing is call your credit card company or bank, whatever you used to pay for the shoes. They will issue a "charge back" or credit. They investigate the charge and if it's bogus, you keep the credit. If it's not, you will get your item.
Go to BBB.com to report fraud.
