because he is not wanted fot it....nobody has formally indicted him....so i dont even know why he is associated wit the terrorist attacks in NYC, he is innocent until proven guilty

No! The indictment is against his organization, al Quaeda, a terrorist group and because he is the leader of this group, he is accountable for the actions of his "membership".

Innocent until proven guilty is a right for American citizens, which bin Laden is not. He has taken credit publicly for the attacks. And, to truthfully answer your question, he did not do it himself...he had 19 other men do it for him.

His organization took responsibility for it but I have seen a tape that makes me question what really happened that day. The DVD is called 911 Eyewitness: Hoboken. It will certainly make you stop and think about what you THINK you know about that terrible day.

He's not wanted for it? What do you think we're doing in Afghanistan, picking flowers? There is overwhelming evidence that he and his lieutenants planned it and that he funded it, and he's proud of it.
