I heard cramps meant you were about to come on. But if so how soon?

I get them a day or two before and the first or second day i get it. It all depends on you my friend had cramps for a straight MONTH!! before getting it. Just have the pads/tampons ready in case.

everyones body is different. When I start getting cramps I start on the same day but don't know exactly at what time. The cramps are my sign to have the tampons ready

some times it happens to me but if they bother u alot take midoli only have to take one (the day i start) and i dont get them any more until next month
