I think the FUNNIEST movie of all times is Madagascar. I can watch that movie a million times and still laugh at it as if I've seen it for the very first time. My fav. character in this movie is that skinny raccoon that was played by an Italian man. I laughed at that raccoon the minute I saw it.

I do not believe that there will ever be a funnier movie than Blazing Saddles. You can't do the things that they did in that movie anymore.

Will Smith is just the best in Hitch. Even though it was kind of a lovey dovey type movie, it was still really funny.

Any of the Tyler Perry Plays (like his movies Diary of a Mad Black Woman) but he made like six other plays which are very funny
